The Project
Johnny Mac's Sports Bar & Grill is a 4,400 SF full-service restaurant in Cedar City, built as the Cedar City expansion of a family restaurant business from Las Vegas. A single restaurant build brings together a commercial kitchen, a bar, dining areas, and dozens of specialized systems that all have to pass inspection before the first customer is served.
We managed every one of those moving parts under one roof: hood systems, walk-in coolers, grease interceptors, commercial dishwashing, and health department compliance. The restaurant opened in October 2025.
This project came to us through a relationship we had already earned. Johnny Mac's project manager, Declan McGinty, worked with Velocity Builders as general manager of Ninja Japanese Steakhouse in Cedar City. When it was time to build Johnny Mac's, he chose us again.
