THE PROJECT

The Project

This three-story masonry, concrete, and steel office building was built to some of the most demanding performance standards in the region. Pedestrian decks wrap the upper two floors with occupied space directly below, which called for a waterproofing system used in major airports worldwide. It was the first of its kind applied in the area.

The building integrates a ground-source geothermal heating system, a solar array, covered parking, and full power backup. Interior finishes include cherry millwork, granite, and a 500-gallon built-in aquarium featuring native Virgin River species.

Change orders were kept to an absolute minimum, and the project ran four weeks ahead of schedule.
