The Project
Harding Avenue Lofts is a 128-room student housing building in Cedar City. Like hotels, student housing lives or dies on how quiet and safe each unit feels, so the project demanded careful attention to sound transmission ratings and wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling fire separation assemblies.
We refused to cut corners, using proven assemblies to achieve high STC ratings that protect the owner's investment and the residents' experience. Velocity Builders provided full preconstruction services from initial concept through completion.
