Cedar Ridge Urgent Care

Cedar Ridge Urgent Care is a 6,000 SF urgent care clinic on the north side of Cedar City, built to give a fast-growing part of town closer access to care for illness and injury. The owners wanted a building where every patient feels at ease from the moment they walk in, with room for the practice to grow alongside the community.

Medical buildings carry requirements a standard office never sees, from exam room layout and specialized plumbing to durable, easy-to-clean finishes and full ADA access. Velocity Builders delivered the new building ready for patients, and the clinic opened its doors in May 2025.
