Velocity Builders was founded on one belief: owners deserve a founder’s attention on every project. Founder and President Spencer Jones, a sixth-generation Utah builder, started this company with a single goal — to build things that last and to treat every owner the way he would want to be treated.
That philosophy has guided every project Velocity Builders has completed, every relationship the company has built, and every decision the team has made since day one. Today, Velocity Builders operates across the state of Utah with offices in Cedar City and St. George, serving commercial clients from St. George to Salt Lake City.

Spencer Jones, Founder and President
Spencer Jones founded Velocity Builders with a commitment to delivering founder-level attention on every project. As a sixth-generation Utah builder, Spencer brings a deep understanding of the state’s communities, municipalities, and construction landscape. He is personally involved in every Velocity Builders project from preconstruction through completion.
Carson Dalton, Senior Construction Manager
Carson brings over 13 years of experience managing large-scale commercial projects with the technical depth that demanding construction requires. His background in structural steel, tilt-up concrete, specialty utilities, and high-traffic construction workflows makes him exceptionally well suited to lead complex commercial builds from the ground up.
Ron Lindberg, Superintendent
Ron brings 18 years of experience supervising large-scale commercial projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. His methodical, detail-oriented approach means problems are identified and resolved before they ever affect a client’s schedule or budget, keeping every project moving with the discipline and precision it demands.
